This session combines gentle energy work with somatic sound therapy to support nervous system regulation and embodied calm. Rather than targeting emotional release or energetic correction, the focus is on helping the body settle, reorganize, and return to a state of internal coherence. Sound and energy are applied in a measured, body-led way—supporting grounding, clarity, and integration without overstimulation. This offering is especially supportive during periods of stress, transition, or when the system feels overloaded and in need of gentle recalibration.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings with Ashecension Studios LLC are considered non-refundable donations in exchange for time, energetic preparation, and sacred facilitation. Once a booking is confirmed, your space is held specifically for you. Please book mindfully and honor your commitment. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment may be rescheduled once within 30 days (based on availability). • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session or no-shows will forfeit the full donation with no reschedule option. • In the rare event Ashecension Studios must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full credit toward a future session of equal value. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Donations & Cancellation Policy.
