By engaging with this website, booking a session, completing a waiver, or attending any offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the information and terms below.

Nature of Services 

All services offered through Ashecension Studios, LLC are holistic, ceremonial, and wellness-based modalities. They are designed to support: 

• energetic and vibrational balance 

• stress reduction and relaxation 

• inner clarity, self-awareness, and personal growth 

These services are not medical treatments and do not replace the care of a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or any other healthcare provider. 

Practitioners at Ashecension Studios, LLC : 

• do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions 

• do not prescribe or adjust medications 

• do not perform medical procedures 

• do not guarantee any specific outcome or result 

You are encouraged to consult with your licensed healthcare providers regarding any medical or mental-health concerns. 

Kambo — Composition, FDA Status & Safety 

Kambo is a natural secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog, traditionally used in certain Indigenous Amazonian communities for cleansing and ritual. 

Kambo contains a variety of bioactive, amino acid–based peptides, including but not limited to dermorphin and deltorphin, which are known to interact with opioid receptor systems in the body. These peptides are structurally related to opioid-type compounds; however: 

• Kambo itself is not an opioid medication 

• Kambo is not considered an addictive substance 

• Kambo is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 

Kambo has not been evaluated by the FDA for the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any medical or psychological condition. Regulations and interpretations around Kambo may vary by state or country. Participants are responsible for understanding the laws in their own jurisdiction. 

Kambo ceremonies can involve intense physical and emotional experiences, including but not limited to: 

• purging (vomiting, bowel movements, sweating) 

• changes in blood pressure or heart rate 

• dizziness, shaking, and temporary discomfort 

• emotional release or altered states of awareness 

Participation is entirely voluntary and should always be based on informed consent and personal responsibility. 

Reiki Disclaimer 

Reiki (including Usui and Egyptian lineages) is a gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy-balancing modality used to support relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic harmony. 

Reiki practitioners at Ashecension Studios, LLC : 

• do not diagnose conditions 

• do not prescribe medication or substances 

• do not perform medical or psychological treatment 

• do not interfere with treatment from licensed healthcare professionals 

Reiki is intended as a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. You should consult a licensed physician or mental-health professional for any physical or psychological concerns. 

Sound Healing Disclaimer 

Sound Healing at Ashecension Studios, LLC may include the use of: 

• tuning forks 

• crystal and metal sound bowls 

• gongs 

• drums, chimes, rattles, and other acoustic instruments 

These modalities are intended to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. 

Sound Healing: 

• is non-invasive and non-manipulative 

• does not diagnose or treat medical conditions 

• does not replace medical or psychological care 

Each individual may experience sound differently. Some may feel deeply relaxed or emotional; others may feel activated or sensitive. All responses are personal and unique. 

Hapé & Plant / Earth-Based Medicines 

Hapé (Rapéh) and any plant or earth-based offerings used or referenced by Ashecension Studios, LLC are offered as ceremonial tools within a wellness and spiritual context. 

These substances and tools: 

• are not medical treatments 

• have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA 

• may create physical, emotional, or energetic sensations (such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, or temporary discomfort) 

Participation with any plant or earth-based medicine is voluntary and should always be approached with respect, informed consent, and self-responsibility. 

Client Responsibility 

By choosing to engage with services at Ashecension Studios, LLC , you agree that: 

• You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

• You have disclosed, or will disclose, all relevant medical and psychological conditions, medications, and health concerns to the facilitator in advance. 

• You will consult with a licensed medical or mental-health professional regarding any conditions, contraindications, or questions about your suitability for Kambo, Hapé, Reiki, Sound Healing, or plant/earth-based work. 

• You will immediately communicate with the practitioner if you feel unwell, unsafe, or uncomfortable at any point during a session. 

If your health, medications, or mental/emotional state changes between the time you complete your waiver and the date of your session, you agree to notify Ashecension Studios, LLC before continuing with any service. 

Release of Liability 

By booking, attending, or participating in any session, ceremony, class, or event with Ashecension Studios, LLC, you understand and agree that: 

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. 

• You assume full responsibility for any and all effects—beneficial, neutral, or challenging—that may arise before, during, or after your participation. 

• You waive, release, and discharge Ashley White, Ashecension Studios, LLC, its facilitators, ceremonial assistants, employees, volunteers, and affiliates (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected to your participation. 

• This includes, without limitation, any physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or financial impacts or injuries that may occur in connection with your participation. 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—are made regarding: 

• specific outcomes or results 

• healing, recovery, or cure 

• any particular experience or benefit 

Emergency & Age Requirements 

• In the event of a medical emergency during a session or ceremony, facilitators reserve the right to contact emergency medical services (911) on your behalf. You agree to cooperate with emergency personnel and accept full financial responsibility for any medical care received. 

• Services at Ashecension Studios, LLC are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By booking or participating, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. 

Agreement 

By continuing to use this website, booking a service, signing any waivers, or participating in any offering through Ashecension Studios, LLC, you acknowledge that: 

• You have read, understood, and agree to this Safety Disclaimer & Release of Liability. 

• You understand that these services are not medical care and do not replace licensed treatment. 

• You voluntarily accept all risks and responsibilities associated with your participation. 

If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you should not book or participate in any services and should discontinue use of this website.
