Our Founder's Journey

For Ashe White, healing is a sacred dialogue between energy, sound, and spirit. Her path has been as expansive and transformative as the modalities she practices. Her journey began through profound personal experiences with energy work—moments where she witnessed the body’s natural capacity to heal, align, and awaken. This calling led her to receive master-level certifications as an Energy Healing Practitioner and Teacher, with training in Usui, Seichim, and Sekhmet energy systems.

Over time, Ashe expanded her work into Somatic Sound Healing, learning to harness the vibrational intelligence of sound to access deep layers of the nervous system and cellular memory. Her practice blends the frequencies of 432Hz, 528Hz, Fibonacci tuning forks, crystal sound bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, and other sacred instruments to restore harmony and open pathways of transformation within the body and spirit.

Ashe’s path has also been deeply shaped by her experiences with sacred plant and frog medicines, having sat in multiple Ayahuasca and Kambo ceremonies. These encounters with the intelligence of nature awakened within her a profound reverence for ancestral healing traditions and the spiritual realms that guide them. Guided by this calling, Ashe received her training as a Kambo Facilitator under a master teacher who developed TIKA—Trauma-Informed Kambo Application. This approach honors both the sacred Amazonian lineage and the needs of the modern nervous system, offering a gentler, intuitive experience with the medicine. Rather than shocking the body into purging, the TIKA method allows the system to integrate Kambo’s powerful peptides with intention, awareness, and compassion—creating space for emotional release, energetic alignment, and spiritual awakening in a safe, grounded way.

​Through her work with Kambo, Ashe embodies the sacred reminder to F.R.O.G—Fully Relying On God—a message reflected in the spirit of the frog itself. Each ceremony is an act of surrender, a return to trust in divine intelligence.

​Kambo teaches us to release control, clear what no longer serves, and open to the truth that healing is not forced—it’s received. When we Fully Rely On God, we remember that purification and realignment are guided by something greater than ourselves. This faith-rooted and trauma-informed philosophy lies at the heart of Ashe’s facilitation—blending reverence, science, and spirit in service to divine restoration.

Ashe’s devotion to deeper learning and integration later led her to Costa Rica, where she immersed herself in the study of mediumship and channeling through plant medicine—a journey that expanded her understanding of energy, intuition, and multidimensional healing. It was there that Ashe first experienced Bufo, a transformative initiation that deepened her connection to the spirit of sacred medicine and solidified her commitment to walking the path of embodied truth.
