Service Description
This offering uses sacred Amazonian plant medicine as a grounding and centering practice rather than an altered-state experience. Sessions are breath-supported, intentionally paced, and guided with care to help the nervous system settle, and the mind become clear. Rather than pushing intensity or emotional release, Hapé is used to quiet mental noise, support embodied presence, and anchor awareness in the body. Each session is held in a calm, respectful container that prioritizes consent, integration, and nervous system safety.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Appointments: All sessions are available by appointment only and must be booked in advance through the official Ashecension Studios booking page or by direct contact via email at ashecensionstudios@gmail.com. Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Appointments are not guaranteed until payment is received. Payment: Payment can be made securely online at the time of booking. Accepted methods include major credit/debit cards, CashApp $AshecensionStudios, or Venmo @ashecensionstudios. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Reschedules made within less than 24 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit or session credit. Cancellations & Refunds: All payments and deposits are non-refundable, as preparation and energetic setup begin well before your session. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be credited toward a future session within 30 days of the original appointment date. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be credited or refunded. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to honor your session window. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to maintain energetic flow and respect for the next client. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and are subject to forfeiture of your session. Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or recently exposed to illness, please contact Ashecension Studios to reschedule. Certain services such as Kambo and Hapé require clients to follow health and preparation guidelines to ensure safety. You will receive a readiness checklist and intake form prior to your session. Preparation & Intake Forms: Clients must complete the Intake and Waiver Form (provided via link or email) at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled service. This ensures that Ashe can safely and intentionally prepare your session. Energy Exchange & Boundaries: Each session is a co-creative experience rooted in mutual respect, presence, and sacred reciprocity. Ashe reserves the right to decline service to anyone under the influence, displaying disruptive behavior, or not aligned with the ceremonial integrity of the space.
