About the event
Join us for an intimate sound bath designed to gently reset your nervous system. This trauma-aware gathering is intentionally limited to 10 participants, creating a safe and supportive space for deep rest and regulation.
You’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of black crystal sound bowls, a Tibetan gong, and other grounding instruments—each selected to support your body’s natural ability to release tension and restore balance. Whether you’re feeling stressed, stuck, or simply seeking a mindful pause, this experience is for you.
