About the event
Embodied Calm: A Somatic Sound Bath is an intimate, trauma-aware experience designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied rest. This small-group gathering is intentionally limited to 10 participants, creating a calm, supportive environment where your body can safely soften and settle.
You’ll be immersed in the grounding tones of black crystal sound bowls, a Tibetan gong, and other carefully chosen instruments—each used to support your body’s natural capacity to release tension, regulate stress, and restore balance. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of deep rest, this experience offers a gentle return to calm.
Donations are welcomed.
